Your website based email (Webmail) is building up, you need to clear it to save disk space, here's how.

[NB. It's possible your email program, e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird etc is set to synchronise with your Webmail. In that case, deleting from Webmail will ALSO delete the email from your email program. If you're not sure, delete one or two emails from Webmail, wait a while and check that they remain in your email program.]

1. Login to your webmail like this.

www.yourwebsite.com.au/webmail    (replacing yourwebsite.com.au with your own website address)

Username = your full email address, e.g. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Password = your password for this email account 1

2. You will be offered three email systems, choose any one, for example RoundCube.

These are full email systems, and are a useful backup way of accessing your emails if you have problems or are away from your own devices.

3. Navigate the folders in the left column and delete all the old emails.

You may have several pages, use the arrows at bottom to navigate.

Alternative - accessing webmail via cPanel.

Another way is to access your hosting control panel (cPanel).

www.yourwebsite.com.au/cpanel   (replacing yourwebsite.com.au with your own website address)

Username:  (often the first 8 characters of your domain name) 2

Password: 2

Then choose Email Accounts, here you can access your webmail, reset passwords etc.

Notes.

1 If you don't know your email passwords, you can reset them in cPanel > Email Accounts.

2 If you don't know your cPanel login, please contact us for help.
